संयुक्त परिवार

जीवन में संस्कारों का बहुत महत्व होता है। संस्कार ही होते हैं, जो हमारे बोलचाल की भाषा, बड़ों का आदर, सत्कार, प्रेम, अनुशासन, आपसी मेलजोल, सामाजिक दायित्व और सहयोग की भावना दर्शाते हैं। नैतिक मूल्य भी संस्कारों की ही उपज हैं। अच्छे संस्कारों के द्वारा ही हम आध्यात्मिक उन्नति के पथ पर अग्रसर होते हैं। आध्यात्मिकता से मानसिक शांति, सुकून एवं संतुष्ट मिलती है। जीवन में संस्कारों का होना अत्यावश्यक है। प्राचीन समय में संयुक्त परिवार होते थे, तो बच्चे परिवार में अच्छी आदतें जैसे मिलजुल कर रहना, प्यार, सहयोग, बाँटकर खाना सिखाते थे। दूसरे गुरुकुल में सात्विक आचरण, आहार, निद्रा, अनुशासन में रहना, नियमित व्यायाम, यौगिक क्रियाएं सिखलाया जाता था। आहार का भी हमारे मन-मस्तिष्क पर गहरा असर होता है। कहा जाता है - जैसा खायें अन्न, वैसा बने मन। और जैसे पानी, वैसी ही वाणी।

परमधाम

भगवान अर्जुन से कह रहे हैं कि अर्जुन ! अब सुनों मेरे भक्त बनने के, मेरे प्यारे होने के, मेरे प्रिय बनने के लिए लक्षण क्या है ? पात्रता क्या है ? वे गुण कौन से हैं, भगवान गिना रहे हैं। जो मेरे लिए ही कर्म करता है, मुझे ही सब कुछ मानते हुए मेरे परायण होता है। मेरे को ही परम आश्रय मानकर मेरी प्राप्ति के लिए रत रहता है, मेरा ही भजन करता है। मेरे नाम, गुण, प्रभाव और रहस्य के श्रवण, कीर्तन, मनन, ध्यान और पठन-पाठन का निष्काम भाव से प्रेम सहित अभ्यास करता है। संसार में जिसकी आसक्ति नहीं है तथा जो मनुष्य ही नहीं, सभी प्राणियों से किसी भी प्रकार का वैरभाव नहीं रखता हो, ऐसा वह व्यक्ति मेरा प्रिय, मेरा अपना ही है और वह मुझे ही प्राप्त करता है। यह श्लोक भगवद्गीता का सार है। इसमें भगवान ने अपने ही श्री मुख से अपने भक्त के लक्षण बताये हैं। भगवान ने जो मार्ग यहाँ बताया है, उसे करके व्यक्ति परमधाम तक पहुँच सकता है।

God is telling Arjun that Arjun! Now listen, what are the symptoms to become my devotee, to be dear to me, to be dear to me? What is eligibility? What are those qualities, God is counting. The one who works for Me only, considering Me as everything, becomes devoted to Me. Considering me as the ultimate shelter, he keeps on striving for my attainment, worships me only. He practices listening, chanting, meditating, meditating and reciting my name, virtues, effects and secrets with love. The one who does not have attachment to the world and who does not have any kind of enmity with all beings, not only human beings, such a person is my dear, my own and he alone attains me. This verse is the essence of Bhagavad Gita. In this, God has told the characteristics of his devotee through his own mouth. One can reach the supreme abode by following the path that the Lord has told here.

समाजसेवी

व्यक्ति अपने विकास के साथ-साथ परिवार-समाज के विकास के बारे में भी सोचने लगेगा तो सर्वत्र सुख-शांति स्थापित हो जायेगी निश्चित ही ऐसा मानव अभिमान शून्य, सर्वथा निष्कलंक, सर्वथा समाजसेवी बनेगा। किन्तु अधिसंख्य व्यक्ति अपने चिंतन का समाजसेवी बनेगा। ये ही गुण विकसित होकर जीवन को गरिमामय बना देते हैं। किंतु अधिसंख्य व्यक्ति अपने चिंतन का उपयोग अपने बाह्य परिवेश को अधिकाधिक समृद्ध-सशक्त बनाने में करते हैं। वे भौतिकता से अनुबंधित होते हैं।

If a person starts thinking about his development as well as the development of the family-society, then peace and happiness will be established everywhere. Surely such a human being will become zero pride, completely impeccable, completely social worker. But most of the people will become a social worker of their thinking. These qualities develop and make life dignified. But most people use their thinking to make their external environment more and more prosperous and powerful. They are bound by materiality.

भक्ति भाव

ऋषि अपनी तपस्या के प्रखर कर्म के माध्यम से सृष्टि-संचालन में सहयोग प्रदान करते हैं और इसी कारण ईश्वर उन्हें अपना पार्षद बनाकर धरती पर बारंबार भेजता है। इसके आलावा वह कर्म जो अतिन्यून या छोटा दिखाई देता है, पर सृष्टि-ईश्वरीय कार्य में सहयोगी होता है तो उसका भी अत्यंत सम्मान किया जाता है। शबरी साधु-संतों की सेवा करती थी और भगवान के प्रति अनन्य भक्ति भाव रखती थी। भगवान राम ने उसके जूठे बेरों को बड़े प्रेम से ग्रहण किया। अति विपरीतताओं के बावजूद विदुर के घर भगवान कृष्ण का पदार्पण हुआ। जलाराम बापा की झोली इसी कारण भर गई और बापा कृतकृत्य हो गए।

बुद्धिमानी

सबसे अधिक बोझिल समय बेकारी का होता है। दूसरे लोग समझते है कि इसे बेकार हैरान क्यों करें ? इसमें सम्मान भी माना जाता है कि काम न करके खाली बैठे रहने का अवसर दिया जाए। खुद को कोई काम ऐसा सूझता नही, जो अपनी पुराणी हैसियत से मिल खाता हो। इस स्थिति में समय खली बचा रहता है और उसकी एक-मिनट चाल भारी पड़ती है। बुढ़ापे का सबसे बड़ा कष्ट यह एकाकीपन ही है। इसे व्यतीत करने का मार्ग निकला जा सके तो बुढ़पा इतना भारी न लगे, जितना कि वह आमतौर से लगता है। बुद्धिमानी इसमें है कि अपने निज के काम जो बहुत श्रम न माँगते हों, स्वयं ही किए और उनका एक क्रम बना लिया जाए तो निठल्लापन अखरे नहीं। पार्कों की सैर, नदी, घाट, मंदिर, हाट आदि की यात्रा में कोई विशेष काम न हो तो भी व्यस्तता बनी रहने का तो एक काम मिल ही जाता है। प्रवृत्ति को हँसने-हँसाने की बनाने में यह ख्याल न किया जाए कि दाँत रहेंगे तो चेहरा कुरूप लगेगा।

Unemployment is the most burdensome time. Other people understand why to be unnecessarily surprised by it? It is also considered an honor to be given the opportunity to sit idle without working. He doesn't think of any work that matches his old status. In this situation, time remains free and his one-minute speed becomes heavy. Loneliness is the biggest problem of old age. If a way can be found to spend it, then old age does not seem so heavy, as it usually seems. It is wise to do one's own work which does not require a lot of effort, and if a sequence is made of them, then laziness does not end. Even if there is no special work in visiting parks, river, ghats, temples, markets, etc., at least one work is found to remain busy. In making the tendency to laugh, it should not be thought that if the teeth remain, the face will look ugly.

धन वैभव

जब हम धन-वैभव पाकर अपने को फुले नहीं समाते हैं और अपने को अन्याय सुखी मानते हैं किन्तु जब काल का बुलावा आता है तो समस्त धन-वैभव और स्वधन-परिजन उसके सामने विलीन घड़ी कहती है कि मानव तू इस संसार रूपी सराय में केवल एक मुसाफिर है यहाँ रहना तेरा अंतिम लक्ष्य नहीं है, कितना ही भौतिक सुख तुझे मिल जाए एक दिन तो तुझे इसे छोड़कर ही जाना है। इसलिए क्यों न तू पहले से ही न तू पहले से ही उत्तम करके अपने भविष्य को संवार लें।

When we don't get puffed up after getting wealth and glory and consider ourselves happy with injustice, but when time's call comes, all the wealth-glory and self-relatives dissolve in front of it. Staying here is not your ultimate goal, no matter how much physical happiness you get, one day you have to leave it. That's why why don't you make your future better by doing better than you already have.

कल्याणकारी

मनुष्य बनो-सच्चे अर्थों में मनुष्य-वह मनुष्य। जिसके पास प्रेम से लबालब भरा हुआ ह्रदय है। जीवन का साहसपूर्वक सामना करो। जो भी हो उसे होने दो। प्रभु-प्रेम की शक्ति से ही तुम शक्तिशाली बन सकते हो। स्मरण रखो कि तुम्हारे पास अनंत शक्ति है। तुम्हारे परम प्रेमप्रसाद प्रभु स्वयं तुम्हारे साथ हैं। फिर तुम्हें क्या भय हो सकता है? प्रभु प्रेम के इस पथ पर निर्भीक हो बढे चलो, सब कुछ वह स्वतः होता चला जाएगा, तो तुम्हारे लिए परम कल्याणकारी एवं प्रीतिकर है।
Be a man - a man in true sense - that man. Who has a heart full of love. Face life boldly. Whatever happens, let it happen. You can become powerful only with the power of God-love. Remember that you have infinite power. Your Supreme Prem Prasad Prabhu himself is with you. Then what can you fear? Move forward fearlessly on this path of God's love, everything will happen automatically, then it is very auspicious and loving for you.

प्रमाण परिचय

थॉमस मार्टन अपने ग्रंथ 'थॉट्स इन सॉलिट्यूड' में कहते हैं कि आध्यात्मिक जीवन की शुरुआत सर्वप्रथम अपने को जाग्रत करने से होती है, लेकिन यह जाग्रति आखिर किसके प्रति हो ? निश्चय ही परमात्मा के प्रति और स्वयं के प्रति साथ-साथ होनी चाहिए। नीतिमत्त को हम जीवन में धारण करें, उच्च आदर्श को अपनाए रहें, लोकसेवा में रूचि लें, यही तो ईश्वरतत्व है। इसके अतिरिक्त भगवान् और क्या हो सकते हैं ? शब्दों में उनकी और क्या व्याख्या है ? व्यक्ति यदि इतना जागरूक बन जाए कि श्रेष्ठ और सर्वोपरि सत्ता अंशधर होने का प्रमाण-परिचय उसके क्रियाकलापों से, मन-वचन से, रोम-रोम से मिलने लगे, तो उस सत्ता के प्रति यह आदर-भाव, निष्ठा, श्रद्धा और आस्था ही प्रार्थना बन जाती है।

Thomas Martin says in his book 'Thoughts in Solitude' that spiritual life begins with awakening oneself first, but towards whom should this awakening be? Certainly, there should be togetherness towards God and towards oneself. We should imbibe ethics in life, adopt high ideals, take interest in public service, this is the essence of God. कुरुचि

लेखन व्यवसाय में संलग्न लोगों का श्रम और चिन्तन इसी दिशा में चल रहा है, क्योंकि प्रकाशन में जिनका पैसा लगता है, वो तुरत-फुरत लाभ कमाना चाहते हैं। यह तभी सम्भव है, जब लोगों की माँग का पोषण किया जाए। कहना न होगा कि प्रचलित वातावरण में कुरुचि का बढ़ना स्वाभाविक है। कुरुचि का पोषण ही पसन्द किया जा रहा है। ऐसे में व्यवसायी के लिए यही रास्ता लाभदायक है कि वह जल्दी और अधिक लाभ कमाने के लिए कुरुचिपूर्ण उत्पादन करे। पैसे देकर वह लेखक का श्रम, दिमाग और सहयोग खरीदता है और गाड़ी आगे चल पड़ती है।

जीवन की यात्रा

जीवन की यात्रा सुख-दुःख, हर्ष-विषाद, उन्नति-अवनति के अनेक पड़ावों से गुजरती हुई संपन्न होती है। जीवन के स्वरूपों को भी अनेक तरीकों से समझा जा सकता है। मार्ग कोई भी हो, जीवन के एक सत्य को नजरअंदाज कर पाना संभव नहीं। इस तथ्य को एक शाश्वत चिंतन मान कर चलना चाहिए जीवन एक संग्राम के समक्ष है। इसके हर मोड़ पर हमें एक नूतन व अभिनव चुनौती का सामना करना पड़ता है। जो इसे इस रूप में स्वीकार करते हैं, वे अपने जीवन को एक आशीर्वाद में परिवर्तित कर लेते हैं, शेष के पास पछताने के अतिरिक्त कोई मार्ग शेष नहीं रह जाता है।

The journey of life is completed by passing through many stages of happiness-sadness, joy-sadness, progress-degeneration. Life forms can also be understood in many ways. Whatever the path, it is not possible to ignore one truth of life. This fact should be treated as an eternal contemplation, life is in front of a struggle. चित्त शुद्ध

किसी के आँसू पोंछकर, उसकी आँखों में आई चमक को देखकर, उसके चेहरे पर आई मुस्कान को देखकर ऐसा जान पड़ता है, मानो याचक रूप में साक्षात् नारायण रहे हों और वे हमारे द्वारा अर्पित दान को साक्षात् प्रकट हो स्वीकार रहे हों। तब हमारा दान देना भी पूर्णतः निष्काम हो जाता है। वास्तव में दान में ऐसी निष्कामता ही तो सर्वव्यापी परमात्मा की सच्ची पूजा है। प्रारंभ में दान देते हुए ऐसा जान पड़ता है, मानो हम किसी पर उपकार व एहसान कर रहे हों, पर निष्कामता आ जाने पर ऐसा पड़ता है, मानो 'मैं' तो बिलकुल ही नहीं रह गया, बल्कि वे जो मेरे दान को स्वीकार कर रहे हैं, वे मेरी वस्तु को, मेरी पूजा को, मेरी प्रतिभा को स्वीकार कर मुझ पर ही बहुत बड़ा उपकार व एहसान कर रहे हैं; क्योंकि उनके कारण ही तो मन की मलिनता मिट रही है। चित्त शुद्ध हो रहा है।

Then our giving of charity also becomes completely selfless. In fact, such selflessness in charity is the true worship of the omnipresent God. They are doing me a great favor and favor by accepting my object, my worship, my talent; Because it is because of them that the filthiness of the mind is getting erased. प्रकाशमान

तत्वज्ञान की वृद्धि ही मोक्ष है, मुक्ति है, समाधि है। इस अवस्था में संसार में रहते हुए भी साधक संसार के प्रभाव से अछूता रहता है। अस्तु वह देह में रहते हुए भी विदेह की स्थिति में रहता है; क्योंकि चित्त निर्मल होने पर जब उसे अपने वास्तविक स्वरूप का ज्ञान हो जाता है, तब उसका प्रकृति में और उसके कार्यों में स्वभाव से ही वैराग्य हो जाता है। तब उसके विवेकज्ञान में किसी प्रकार का विघ्न नहीं पड़ता, वह निरंतर उदित (प्रकाशमान) रहता है और तब उसे तत्काल ही धर्ममेघ समाधि की प्राप्ति हो जाती है।

The growth of Tatvgyan is salvation, liberation, samadhi. In this state, even while living in the world, the seeker remains untouched by the influence of the world. As such he remains in the state of Videha even though he is in the body; Because when the mind is pure, when it becomes aware of its true nature, then by nature one becomes disinterested in nature and its actions. Then there is no hindrance in his wisdom, he rises continuously and then he attains Dharmamegh Samadhi immediately.

कम खरीदने व कम उपयोग करने से तात्पर्य एक ही है - अपनी आवश्यकताओं की सीमा रेखा पहचानी जाए और अपने लिए बहुत उपयोगी वस्तुओं की संग्रह किया जाए व उनका उपभोग किया जाए। महान दार्शनिक लाओत्से के अनुसार - ''तुम्हारे पास जो है, उसी में संतुष्ट रहो। चीजें जैसी हैं, उसी रूप में उनका आनंद लो। जब तुम्हे यह महसूस होने लगेगा कि तुम्हारे पास किस चीज का अभाव नहीं है, तो तुम्हारे सारा संसार अपना लगने लगेगा।'' अगर वास्तव में किसी का जीवन सादगीपूर्ण है, तो उसके जीवन में संतुष्टि आएगी ही। सादगी का गुण प्रसन्न अनुभव करने के लिए जरूरी है। इच्छाएँ कम करना, जो भी हमारे पास है, उसमें संतुष्ट रहना महत्वूर्ण है। आध्यात्मिक जीवन की ओर कदम बढ़ाने के लिए सादगीपूर्ण जीवनशैली को अपनाना पहला कदम है।

मानसिक आवेग

जो लोग थकने व किसी काम में मन नहीं लगने की शिकायत करते हैं; वे निश्चित रूप से मानसिक आवेगों के शिकार होते हैं। मानसिक आवेग जितना हमारे शरीर को थकाते हैं; उसका दशमांश भी शारीरिक श्रम नहीं थकाते हैं। भय की स्थिति में मनुष्य के ह्रदय की धकड़न बढ़ जाती है; श्वास तेजी से चलने लगता है; चेहरा पीला पड़ जाता है; पसीने से शरीर तर-बतर हो जाता है। क्रोध में शरीर काँपने लगता है, हृदयगति बढ़ जाती है। इस स्थिति में शरीर के अवयवों को जितना अधिक काम करना पड़ता है, दबाव सहना पड़ता है, शारीरक श्रम करते हुए उतना नहीं करना पड़ता।

विवेकशील मनुष्य

विवेकशील मनुष्य के तीनों गुणों के अतिरिक्त अन्य किसी को कर्ता के रूप में नहीं देखता है और स्वयं को गुणों से परे अनुभव करता है और वह सत्यस्वरूप को प्राप्त होता है। दूसरे शब्दों में जब मनुष्य दृष्टा बन जाता है और इस सत्य की अनुभूति करता है कि उसकी गुणों के साथ असंगता है, तब उस समय वह परमात्मा के त्रिगुणातीत, सच्चिदानंदस्वरूप को तत्वतः जानते हुए भगवान के सत्यस्वरूप को प्राप्त होता है।

The prudent does not see anyone as the doer other than the three gunas of man and feels himself to be beyond the gunas and he attains the true form. In other words, when a man becomes a seer and realizes the fact that there is incompatibility with his qualities, then at that time he attains the true form of the Lord, knowing in essence the transcendental, transcendental form of God.

सत्य-पथ की डगर

जीवन के सत्य-पथ की डगर पर बढ़ता हुआ वह एक जुझारू उपासक बन जाता है। मन के अज्ञान-अंधकार की सघनता को देखकर वह कष्टकर मार्ग का वरन करता है। वह इसके लिए अन्तःक्रांति का आवाहन करता है। इस प्रक्रिया में उसका अन्तःकरण रणक्षेत्र बन जाता है। यहाँ वह साधना समर में एक योद्धा की भाँति जूझता है। प्रकाश-पथ का यह रही है कि शांति के फूल, क्रांति के बाद ही खिलते हैं। अतः धैर्यपूवक आंतरिक समर का साक्षी बनकर इसमें प्रवुर्त रहता है। व्यवहार में उदार, सहिष्णु और विनयशील रहता है, क्योंकि वह मानता है कि विनम्रता ही प्रभु के घर का प्रवेशद्वार है और अंतिम जय सहिष्णुता की ही होती है।

संगठन

कलियुग में संगठन की शक्ति को सबसे ऊपर उठकर माना गया है और नीतिकारों ने 'संघे शक्ति कलौयुगे' का उद्घोष तक दिया है। घर में एकता हो, देश में संगठन हो तो इस समाज का सदा विकास होता है और जिनमें परस्पर एकता नहीं होती है, वे पराभव का शिकार होते हैं। संगठन की, एकता की शक्ति का संचय करने के लिए हमें हर जगह ऐसे मित्र बनाने का प्रयास करना चाहिए, जिनसे मन व विचार मिलते हों। ऐसी मित्रता-समानता के आधार पर, गुणों के आधार पर होनी चाहिए। सामूहिक भावना के साथ किए गए कृत्य- संगठन की भावना को और मजबूत करते हैं। एक से ज्यादा शक्ति, दस की होती है। हमें निरंतर संगठन की शक्ति को मजबूत करने का प्रयत्न करना चाहिए।

जीवन-मृत्यु का अनुभव

अगर कोई व्यक्ति हमसे कहे कि तुम्हारी मृत्यु अभी होने वाली है, कोई यह बताए कि अभी तुम मर जाओगे घड़ी भर में, तो उस व्यक्ति का रोआँ-रोआँ काँप जाएगा। लेकिन अगर कोई कहे की तूम सत्तर या अस्सी साल में मरोगे, तो यह जानकर कोई डर नहीं लगता, क्योंकि इस फासले में एक अंतता मालूम होती है कि अभी जीने के लिए लंबा समय है। इस बीच कुछ कर लेंगे, फि जब वह अंतिम समय आएगा, तब देखा जाएगा। लेकिन यदि वह समय अभी आ जाए, तब फिर कुछ करने के लिए समय नहीं है। इसलिए भयभीत हो जाते हैं। मृत्यु से भयभीत होने की जरूरत नहीं है, क्योंकि यह हमारे जीवन का ही एक हिस्सा है। हाँ, इसके प्रति सजग होने की जरुरत है और यह सजगता हमें तभी मिलेगी, जब हम अपने जीवन के प्रति सजग होंगे। हम हर रात्रि सोते समय एक प्रकार से मृत्यु के समीप जाते है, बेहोश हो जाते हैं, इस तरह सोते समय यदि मृत्यु का अनुभव किया जाए और जागते समय जीवन का स्पर्श किया जाए तो जीवन-मृत्यु को अपने जीवन में हम गहराई से अनुभव कर पाएँगे। हर आते-जाते श्वास के प्रति सजग होने से हम जीवन-मृत्यु का अनुभव कर पाएँगे। बस हमें इसके प्रति सजग होने, सचेत होने की जरूरत है।

But if someone says that you will die in seventy or eighty years, then there is no fear to know this, because in this distance there seems to be an end that there is still a long time to live. In the meantime we will do something, then when that last time comes, it will be seen. But if that time comes now, then there is no time to do anything again. So they get scared. There is no need to be afraid of death, because it is a part of our life. Yes, there is a need to be aware of this and we will get this awareness only when we are aware of our life. Every night while sleeping we go near death in a way, we become unconscious, in this way if death is experienced while sleeping and if we touch life while awake, then we can experience life and death deeply in our life. Will get By becoming aware of each passing breath, we will be able to experience life and death. We just need to be aware of it, be aware.
