हमें शाश्वत सुख, सौंदर्य के स्त्रोत परमपिता परमेश्वर की उपासना करनी चाहिए, भगवद्भक्ति करनी चाहिए, भगवद्भजन, भगवद्ध्यान करना चाहिए। इसी से हम अपनी आत्मा में सत्-चित्-आनंदस्वरूप परमात्मा की अनुभूति कर सकेंगे। हम प्रेमस्वरूप, आनंदस्वरूप परमात्मा की अनुभूति अपनी आत्मा में कर सकेंगे, सभी प्रकार के कष्ट-क्लेशों से जन्म-मरण के बंधन से भी मुक्त हो परम आनंद में अवस्थित हो सकेंगे। मनुष्य अपने द्वारा अपना संसार-समुद्र से उद्धार करे और अपने को अधोगति में न डालें; क्योंकि यह मनुष्य आप ही तो आपने मित्र है और आप ही अपना शत्रु है।

We should worship the Supreme Father, the source of eternal happiness, beauty, worship the Lord, worship the Lord, worship the Lord. With this, we will be able to realize God in our soul as Sat-Chit-Anand. We will be able to experience God in the form of love, in the form of bliss, in our soul, be free from the bondage of birth and death from all kinds of sufferings and sorrows, we will be able to be situated in the supreme bliss. खुशियाँ (Happiness)

किसी भी घटना या परिचित से आपको दो ही चीजें मिलती हैं, या तो वह आपको खुशी देता है या सबक। सबक मिलना भी खुशी मिलने जैसा ही हैं; क्योंकि वह आपको दोबारा नए सिरे से सीखने का मौका देता है। यह बेहद जरूरी है कि हम अपने भीतर क्रोध को न ठहरने दें, किसी से यदि कोई शिकायत है तो उसे बात करके सुलझाएँ। अपनी बात स्पष्ट रूप से देखें आपको शिकायत है, उन्हें तरीके से जटाएँ अपने भीतर नकारात्मकता व शिकायतों को ज्यादा देर ठहरने न दें। मन के सुकून के लिए व दिल को हल्का रखने के लिए यह बहुत जरूरी है कि ऐसा नजरिया रखें कि 'जो बीत गई-सो बात गई'। नफरत व ईर्ष्या के लिए स्थान न रखें; क्योंकि जितनी ज्यादा नफरत होगी, खुशियाँ उतनी ही कम होती जाएँगी।

It is very important that we do not let anger stay within us, if there is any complaint with anyone, then solve it by talking. For peace of mind and to keep the heart light, it is very important to keep such an attitude that 'what has passed - so talk has gone'. Do not leave room for hatred and jealousy; Because the more there is hatred, the less will be the happiness.
